For clients based in Port-Louis

• Original documents are collected between 11:00 and 11:30 in the morning.

• Scan copies of documents can be sent by email by noon at the latest

For Clients Based in Ebene

• Original documents are collected between 10:00 and 10:30 in the morning.

• Scan copies of documents can be sent by email by noon at the latest

But, for clients based elsewhere
(such as Black River, Quatre-Bornes, and Mapou):

• Original documents are either collected between 09:00 and 09:30 in the morning or can be sent by courier

• Scan copies of documents can be sent by email by noon at the latest.

• Scanned copies of same can be sent by email upon request.

• Delivery can be done on the following day, or documents can be couriered back.
